Hi there. Was painting on one side of my model and now I’d like to transfer the polypaint color over to the other side. Tried to use Resym but that one only seems to work on geometry. Any chance of how to do so ?
I used to do this by cloning my model then mirroring it and appending it as a subtool, then projecting the color into the other mesh.
Ah ok. Thanks for that. Yet I wonder why this hasnt been implemented as option “Resym color” or so…
You could also use x symmetry to paint both sides simultaneously.
It should be a feature, sometimes Pixologic completely misses the obvious stuff in their pursuit of next new feature.
