I am trying to work on the inside of the legs and feet. I want to be able to hide one leg so that I can see the other one properly but if I hide the left leg then switch mirror mode back on and work on the right leg, my strokes are not mirrored on the left leg. Anybody know a way around this?
You can use the Smart Resym option in the Tool>Deformation menu. Mask the side you want to mirror from first, otherwise the resym operation will average the point positions on both sides of the axis. Also be sure to back up your model first, just for safety’s sake.
