Mirror a subtool with division levels

Is there a way to mirror a subtool keeping the division levels?
If so, I’d like to combine the two subtools and have the symetry between them? I’ve got one good boot and I’d like to mirror it then combine the two into one subtool with symmetry.

Thanks

SubTool Master makes it easy to mirror a model, but you will lose your subdivision levels.

What you should do is mirror the model, but append the result as a new subtool. Then try using Tool>Geometry>Reconstruct Subdiv to get your lower levels back. If your model has UV’s, this should work. If it doesn’t (and you don’t want it to just yet), you’ll need to move to the next paragraph:

Now select your original model again, go to level 1 and delete the higher levels. Mirror this version – again, appending as a new subtool. Delete your original version. Divide this new one to have as many polys as the original. Then use Tool>SubTool>Project All to copy the details from the high-res version to this multi-res version.

Thats why you get the big bucks
Thanks
