Yeah. I remember when I modeled my Hit Girl, months ago, that I mistook it for a modified Beretta 9mm. Only realized it after.

Conniekat8: thanks!
Ares1979: thanks for the info!
cookepuss: you did hitgirl? did you post her on zbrushcentral? i would love to see yours!

I finished out most of the details on the accessories on her utility straps. I will probably do some more details when I do the polypainting which I plan to do next…never done it so it should be a good learning experience! if anyone has any good tutorials on polypainting, would appreciate it! here is the latest update:

Great sculpt.
And definitly i like the boots

Superb model, great detail and style. I would be great to see this character, coloured and shaded.

hey I really like this piece. The boots and pants are my favourite part. I think the holsters look somewhat stiff though. I didn’t watch the movie maybe they are like that? Anyway i think they are taking away from the otherwise great model.

Hit Girl sculpt looks great :+1: !

cant wait to see it posed!

Gr8… :+1:

This is getting better and better

Hit girl kicks ass (get it, get it  )

Seriously - great sculpt. Can’t wait to see her all finished up.

This looks great man. Are you going to model and texture the whole guns for posing purposes?

renaud bellefon, infinite, etcher, marianosteiner, sculptor.zb, beneto, oddin: Thanks guys, I really appreciate it! I am having a blast with this project and I am thrilled about the feedback!

nils meyer: i agree with you on the holster…they should probably conform a bit more to the shape of the gun. i noticed that myself and will fix it.

wester: thanks hombre! Right now the guns are just reshaped desert eagles from my last project…though i need clean high poly versions for hit girl so i may just model newer guns for posing later. i do plan on texturing everything though!

So, I have been away from the main forums for a couple months here because I was fortunate enough to beta test Zbrush 4!!! Here are the pieces I worked on during the beta!
