Mesh wont extract and odd GoZ problem

HI, i’ve been working on a model for the past month and i’ve managed to get it to quite a decent level. However, due to a previous issue with corruption after a Zbrush crash i’ve been saving it in alphabetical iterations (model_A, Model_B, etc.). My latest model is behaving quite differently to the previous others in that i’d like to do a mesh extract for a hairline, but nothing extracts. I get a new subtool, but there is nothing there whatsoever. I tried it on the previous incarnation and it worked like a charm. I’ve made quite a bit of progress since the last one so dont really want to revert back to it, i’d like to carry on. So, i’m asking if there is an easy answer to this problem.
I’m also experiencing a very strange scaling issue with the model using GoZ for C4D. Again, the previous versions work great, but my latest (which has only had some fine details sculpted upon it, no other differences) comes into C4D at something like -99999999999999.66666534 scale???
I’ve searched everywhere for an answer, but to no avail. Anybody able to help me out please? :slight_smile:

The two problems may be related. When you look at the Tool>Export menu, what are the values that it shows for scaling?
