Mesh vanishes when posing a Zsphere rig?

I just rigged a character to find that when I bind and go to pose, the mesh vanishes?

Also yesterday I had tons of errors when rigging with transpose. Like “Topology has changed” it has not changed. Then the model gets fliped upside down,a nd torn to peices? There where more errors that came up, but cant remember them now.
