Mesh noise at high resolution after Morph/Re-import

This is happening to most of my objects. Some much more than others. In this example I have some poly planes that I’m using for hair which is image one. I sub-divide the mesh which decreases the volume, image 2. So I then step do to my base mesh and either re import the mesh or switch morph targets. In either case I have the same problem. Border edges seem to have noise applied to them, Image 3. Any guesses as to what the problem is? Thanks for the help everybody!
