mesh explodes after I hit the t pose subtool button

Hey Guys
My mesh explodes after I hit the t pose subtool button.Any ideas why and how to avoid this ?

A bit more information is needed to give an answer:

1. Does the explosion just happen with one subtool?

2. Do you get an error message, if so what? (Please post a screenshot.)

3. Which ZBrush version and operating system are you using?
