Mesh breaks when moving up a division level....?

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

You should look at your control cage and see where to move points. You could try to smooth it. How’d that happen?

all i did was isolate the mouth area and added edge loops. Did a few minor moves then up’ed the division level and it broke? ?

You can’t add edge loops when you have multiple subdivision levels. Go to your lowest subdivision level and delete the higher ones and ‘Group Visible’ in the ‘Polygroups’ subpalette and start over again. Once you have your edgeloops, then you can subdivide.

It appears this issue has been resolved with ZBrush 4R5. You can now add edge loops if you have multiple subdivision levels. This was not possible in ZBrush 4R4 P2. This thread was started before ZBrush 4R5 was released.
