Menus won't work (solved)

For some reason after upgrading to Zbrush4 the dropdown menus don’t work, After clicking multiple times in different areas one comes down and then I can sort of ’ hover over the others’ to get to them.
Is this a known bug with a fix?

You might want to try turning off Preferences>Interface>Open One Subpalette. If this solves the problem store the configuration with Shift+Ctrl+i.
