When I click on a menu, it opens up whichever menu that is 2 menus to the right of the one I clicked.
For example, when clicking Preferences, the Stencil menu opens instead.

Is there a way to fix this??.. it’s suppppeeerrr annoying.

Are you using a custom UI with your own menus? If so, then rename your custom menus so that they start with a ~ (tilde). For example, if you have a menu called Sculpting rename it to ~Sculpting. Then make sure to save the configuration. The ~ will not show in the menu title but this should solve the problem.
