memory issues on my old MacBook pro...

Hi

Im running the zbrush demo on my old MacBook pro (mid 2012). It generally seems to run very well.

Annoyingly however it keeps throwing up Memory errors (insufficient RAM) after a period of time and then bombs out. Im not sure if its because of too many Polys because if i then reopen the same file, it will happily let me work on it for Xminutes before bombing out again.

I know my machine isnt the newest, but other that these periodic bombs brush runs fine, and i was wondering if there was a way of somehow avoiding them?

nb: ive got 16gb of ram.

Any help would be much appreciated!

thanks
Nick

Deleting the undo history in the Edit menu will help, as will compacting the memory in Preferences>Mem.
