Hi guys, im having a lot of difficulties on this subject, im currently using 4R4 on a very powerful PC workstation and im facing issues i never faced on my previous core 2 duo 2.4ghz.
I have A segmented HD, the directory where my programs are ordinaraly installed is almost at zero capacity and i dont know how this can be, up until i started using zbrush i had 20 gbs left now i have only 10, (10 because i deleted everything i could find i had literally 187 bytes left), and deleted several stuff. At first i realized i was saving my projects on the short spaced drive, but then i deleted them all and still my memory is very low, i mean i deleted everything and still didnt get the space back, i didnt install or download anything recently. I tried to delete my VMEM folder on zbrush data and it did little good. Beyond that im having several problems suchs as running out of memory when using project all and not being able to subdivide meshes to perfectly reasonable subdiv lvls… what the hell is going on??? it says im running out of ram but its virtually impossible… my previous pc had 4 gb on Ram my new has more than 5 times that size, Ive been saving my projects on an external drive and still bleeding memory and hd space what should i do ???
4R4 P2 WAS the latest release. 4R5 is out now. Try updating?
