Maya2015 > GoZ Flipped UVs !

Hi guys,

Maya2015 > GoZ flippes the UVs vertically!
In Max2012 all is fine…unfortunately I’m being forced to switch to Maya and I find that GoZ for Maya
is very “buggy” compared to Max (I earlier reported issues with multiple UV sets with Maya GoZ, “Incorrect Face data detected”).

Is this a Pixologic problem that will be fixed (if so , when), or is this an Autodesk problem ?

You can set your flip in the goZ settings I believe.

Could you be more specific? What GoZ settings and where?
The C:/Users/Public/Pixologic/GoZApps/Maya/GoZBrushFromMaya.mel script doesn’t seem to have any UV information in it.
Whereas the Max Macro_GoZ.ms has a string " global s_UVsAreVFlipped = true "
Which suggests to me that it’s a Pixologic problem?

No reply? I guess Pixologic is too busy working on their next release, which is fair enough…
Just hope you can address this Maya GoZ problem at some point, cause Autodesk ain’t gonna do nothing…
they just say “we don’t support 3rd party plugins”.
