Maya to ZBrush scale and coordinates issue

Hi all,
Has anyone run into this problem: after exporting from Maya to ZBrush (either GoZ or obj export), the model’s scale is very small in ZBrush and it is not anywhere close to 0,0? This becomes a problem when doing detailed work because the camera clips the mesh because of its small scale. Using Unify is not an option because I can’t make any transforms since I need to send the model back to Maya in the exact same coordinates.
Possibly related: when sending the model back to Maya from ZBrush, the model no longer aligns with the original mesh? For example, I have a bone in Maya, I send it to ZBrush for detail work only, no transforms, no deforms, nothing special, and when I send it back to Maya, the bone is huge and is no longer anywhere close to the original bone’s coordinates.

Thanks in advance!

Ana

The models also are flipping their y axis coordinates (they come in upside down) between both Maya to ZBrush and ZBrush to Maya.
