Maya to Zbrush and the object is way to big, I need it to be a workable size.

I have a humanoid character that I have positioned into my Maya set, so when I bring him into Zbrush he appears to be huge and when I frame him in Zbrush it frames in on his Backside suggesting he is a giant relative to Zbrush world space. How can I make him be framed by Zbrush so I can work with him in Zbrush yet when I GoZ back to Maya he stays the size I exported him at? I thought maybe the Preview tool would be the answer but I have no idea how to make that preview tool work.

Could someone please help me with this.
