Maya and normal maps from zbrush

Hiyas,
Im just wondering what setting that zmapper should have for normal maps in maya? i have tried switching green and red and flipping both but i still get odd highlights like pushing in or out where its not supposed to, so i was just wondering if there are any proper settings for normal maps to maya 2009?
