What Native ZB3.5r3 UV (PUV, GUV, AUV) works best for rendering Normal and Displacement maps in Maya2010?
What Settings are used?
Also looking for explinations of what all the different Displacement Map settings would be used for. For example,
what situation (application) would use a 3 Channel + 32 bit Displacement?
All Maps are 4096 x 4096
Maps generated (Adaptive & Smooth UV = on)
- 3channel = on >create & Export map
- 3channel + 32bit = on >create & Export map
- Create Disp> Clone> export Alpha
- FlipG> create Normal Map
- [color=yellowgreen]create Normal Map
