Max - ZBrush - Basic Issue - Need Help

Hi Guys,
I know this post might seem odd. I am new to Max AND ALSO Zbrush. I have completed a human modeling in Max and took it to Zbrush. There I have sculpted the complete model to show the muscles, veins etc and am almost finished on that.

Now I realize I have not unwrapped my model in Max before importing to Zbrush. So, the problem… can I still get a displacement map from Zbrush and apply to Max. I know this is very basic, but trust me this skipped my mind completely because I wanted to get my hands on ZBrush straightaway…

Is there hope? Or do I start all over again…

In Max, open your original model and update the UV’s. Make sure you don’t change the point order of the model. Export this new version.

In ZBrush, go to level 1 and switch to your stored morph target. If you didn’t store a morph target before dividing the model in the first place, do so now. Import the UV’d version of the model. Now switch morph targets and return to the highest level again to continue working.

Hi Aurik
thanks a ton for the response. If this works, then its a great saver for me as I need not work once again on Zbrush.
