Max vray bad render

Hi guys.
I have an annoing problem in max rendering a zbrush displacement.The model is all quads. Uvs have been set with no overlaps but there are some messy parts in my object when i render it in max.( i use vraydisplacement modifier and vray renderer).you can see the result in this image.
The export elements work just fine in Maya but unfortunately i have to do it in max and vray.
can anyone help please??
