Material for polypaint

Hi all,
I am painting in zbrush and i am not sure what material cap is best to use as they all make the colours I paint look very different. I tried a test in 3ds max and vray and it didn’t look right at all compared to my model and colour in zbrush. Is there a mat cap that gives a accurate representation?

Don’t use a Mat Cap Material as they already have lighting, color and shading information baked into them. Try using a Standard Material like ‘SkinShade4’ instead.

Just use the basic Material.

Thanks very much guys, I will try these out, I found the skin 4 the other night which is nice to work with but everything seems a bit washed out. I’ll try the standard one mentioned tonight too.
