I have never been able to get matchmaker to work properly. My image shows before and after MM. Looks like the projection is to intense. If I lower Intensity, it still does not match. It also changes the thickness of my source mesh…is there a preparation of some sort that I am missing to allow MM to work properly?
lower your focal length to -95 or so and try that.
Same result.
I think I figured something out. The source object has to be flat to start with. If I append a grid and project, it works fine. But if the source object has any curvature to it to start with, the result is like my images above.
