You can find out about it here in ZBrush 4 Features on the Sculpting and Productivity tab. There is a video about half way down. I’m surprised that it isn’t in the ZBRUSH 4_whats new.pdf…DOH!

you need two objects:
a)The active object to be push by MatchMaker Brush
b)The target object
