Hello,
I downloaded some matcaps from the pixologic download-site, I needed something to make a leather-surface. So I got the bgs_leather_2 matcap. It has a rough surface. But using it not on a sphere, the roughness of the leather gets lost as seen at the cube on the left, or distorted as seen at the cylinder on the right side. Only the sphere works fine.
How can I get the desired result as seen on the sphere also on the cube or the cylinder?
