Masking not appearing !?

hi im working in edit mode if i try to use the mask i cant see it , but if i hover with the mouse over the material menu it shows me the mask and other materials that i choose to apply , ( but it didn’t ) .

im stuck with with toy plastic material , i don’t know why !!!
i tried ( draw - choose the color - fill object ) didn’t work , and the colorize button is on .

as you can see in the picture i’ve choosen matcap -color red , with a part mask on ,
but the applied color is white with toy plastic material .

You should update to ZBrush 4R7 P3.
Then make sure under masking show mask is enabled.
Some auto masking won’t show.
Lots to read about materials and applying them, good idea to do that before you lose your mind :wink:

ok , thanks for reply at least lol @Doug ,could you tell me at least if there is a way to copy the mesh without its ( rgb - nor it’s - material ) settings ?

Notice that you don’t have Rgb selected? Be sure to deselect ZAdd or ZSub. Also you may need intensity at 100.

Ctrl+H toggles mask visibility on and off.
