I was sculpting and masking my model with no problem. After this I have decided to increase the subdivision level of a selected area. For this, I masked the area that I wanted to increase the subdivion level, I inverted the mask, I go to geometry and then I selected “Divide”. Well, after this process I followed sculpting my model, and I tried to use mask again. When I tried to use mask holding “Ctrl” it worked like a classic brush and it modified the mesh. I have tried to find a solution going to “masking” and using the function of clear mask, but nothing works. . Do you have any suggestions?
I have found a solution. I cleared the old material created by polypaint, and then I hit on “Fill object” with a new material, and then I tried to mask holding “Ctrl” and it worked perfectly.
Must have been using one of the bump viewing materials then?
