Baby eyes are approximately 18 mm in diameter
Adults are 24-25 mm
So the eyes are a bit small for a baby

Not to repeat what has already been expressed by others -
The eyelids lack the ‘border-thickness’ insofar as you have the eyelashes stemming from the very edge, plus, the eyelashes themselves are extremely small and unnatural, usually you have some 10-15 clusters, maybe even 20, but their length is considerably more, and their curvature, than what you presently have going…

well babys eyes are suppose to be larger in relation to the head because eyes do not grow. the head basically grows and then the proportions even out.
the thing that really bugs me about this peice is that the baby appears to not have any eyelashes. the lashes are pretty hard to do because you can get pretty bad distortion if your hands are not steady.
my best suggestion would be to run a standard brush around the parameter of the top part of the eye. right now it looks like there is no extra skin for the eye to shut ( babys eyes are gonna dry out man!!)
then use the standard brush on the lower part of the eye. you will need to make the top part bigger because there is more skin there than on the bottom.
sorry dude not trying to be like a know it all or anything. just wanted to give you some advice.
