Great start so far. Babies are smooth so i guess the only wrinkles that need to be added are in the neck i guess. I love your works. Everything is very well done.

And, if the baby is chubby, there are many wrinkles on the arms, legs, etc.

woah, is that zbrush render ? if yes you really need to show us how you did it. But theres a thing you totally missed, eyes reflections, they look flat and unrealistic as hell ;]

Nice work, it’s a really good start. I agree you should get rid of the spots and moles. Also a more pale complexion would look more baby-like. Overall I think the texture (skin and lips) needs to be less saturated. Perhaps even a few tastefully placed blue veins to indicate thin, pale skin. The eyes currently have no depth.
Need a little drool on the lower side of the mouth.
And the eyes kinda look flat.

like the way its coming. just had a thought…generally chinese kids look gud with puffy cheeks but then to make this chinese you might wanna add some fat on his eyelids and eyebags and make the eye opening thinner, like a chines kid would have, and also control the oils on the texture and spots…just a thought!! and god bless
