Map Bake gone bad

I am having serious map baking problems… I have a lot of detail on geometry HD and I need to bake it out but the maps are baking out very bad. It’s like it’s baking separately per face.
I checked the UVs, GoZed it and smoothed out the normals. Still the same problem; turned adaptive on and off, turned SUVs on and off. :confused:

The problem it turns out is solved with using UVMaster to make one island of texture in one UV space and baking that with the standard baker instead of multimap exportee. GoZing it destroys the UVs. Please help I need to get this guy into UDK and I need to split the texture density from the head and the body. I also made a post on polycount regarding the normal mapping in tangent space and object space. Any help is much appreciated. :slight_smile:
