mannequins & skeletons

Only been using Zbrush 2 weeks, most of which has been spent watching tutorials. I have sculpted a horse (decided to start with the hardest thing first), over a Zsphere armature. It would move at the joints before making the polymesh, but now it’s just a standing sculpture, half finished.

I suspect there is something to do with subtools that I have no clue…

How do I make an model with moveable joints that can be used for animation videos?
