Hello! I have tried to make a whole person by merging the head project file with the body project file. I used the Julie ztl and trimmed the head off with the trimlasso, and then I tried to import the head that I made. I can’t seem to get it to work. Anyone have an answer for this?

If you want to append a ZTL file as a subtool then use the SubTool Master Multi Append option. You will get a Open file dialog to select the ZTL from disk. If the ZTL has subtools then they will all be appended, or you can choose OBJs if you prefer.
Note that ZTL files are saved through the Tool palette (Tool>Save As) and are for individual models (with their subtools if they have any). Project files (ZPR) are saved through the File palette and include all the models currently in the Tool palette. You can’t load one project file into another.
Once you have the head and body you want as separate subtools you will need to merge them before you can connect the geometry (if that is what you want to do). You can then use the Bridge Brush or the topology tools to connect the two.
