Making normal maps in Zbrush ???

Hello , I premise I am a total noob and trying it now Zbrush , was making some tutorials but when it comes to making normal maps they all refer to a zmapper thing that I cant find in the tools , how I am supposed to do this and why they put tutorials that are fake with wrong referencing to the program?

Is there a serious tutorial on how to make a normal map in a most recent version of zbrush? thanks for help …

You set the size of the map using the Tool>UV Map menu and then create the map using the Tool>Normal Map menu. There are various settings to control the map output. If you turn on Adaptive, be sure to also set Tool>SubTool>PA Blur to 8. (Your model will need at least two SubTools to access that setting; if it doesn’t, just add a dummy placeholder of some sort.)

is it possible to load a normal map generated by a texture and apply it on the model as a normal map to get the subdivision , then work on the subdivision tofix the seams and reexport it ?
