Making/Exporting Normal and Displacement maps - Please help

Hello, I’m currently following a tutorial from Digital Tutors on sculpting a cartoon squid eating a fish and I’ve come up against a problem I don’t know how to overcome. The guy in the tutorial is using something called ZMAPPER, but I’ve not got that in my Zplugin section.
I’m using ZBrush 4R3.

He opens ZMAPPER, then opens CONFIGURATION. He selects ‘MAYA_TangentSpaceNode_BestQuality’ then 'create normal map.

I just can’t figure out hwo to do this. I’ve looked online for other tutorials but they just confuse me.
Can you help, please?

ZMapper has been replaced a long time ago. If you want to bake normal maps in zbrush now you can use either the Normal Map subpalette (Tools: Normal Map) or the Multi Map Exporter Plugin. Or you can export the meshes and bake externally in a program like xnormal, or in Maya itself. Baking the map in Maya will most likely give you the best result for rendering in Maya.
