Major Support Problems

I’m getting some type of error message on the support home page and it doesn’t have the log in button either for me to get into my account. I posted a screen grab of it below.

My initial problem thought is when I went through the web activation, type my serial number I just received 5 minutes ago, I get this message even though I had not activated ZB4 yet:

“This license key has already been activated for this machine.
To send another copy of the activation key, please click the button below.”

So I click the “Request copy of Activation Key” button and get this:
“There was an error emailing your activation key.
Please try again.”

I’d go through the support site if it would let me to resolve the issue, but I can’t log in. I’ll try to call them tomorrow unless the support site can get back up and running right soon.

OK. I finally got the web activation after trying several times. The problem is no more! :smiley:

These errors are simply being caused by the massive traffic being experienced right now. If anyone else gets this, try again in about 30 minutes.

I was having the same issue and needless to say it was fustrating me but as suggested just keep trying and eventually it’ll give you the Activation Code:)
Aaaaagh, been up all night now I can go to sleep! :smiley:
