Hey guys, I decided to do a full body woman study. In the past I’ve used some base meshes provided here and there to get around sculpting females but NO MORE !!
I had to break this idea that I could not do it… so I sculpted one myself using Ryan Kingslien’s mannequin.
It was very difficult but I learned a lot in the 8 hours or so it took me to build it.
I make it available here to you guys for free because I have faith that it might help someone. I am no anatomy expert and this model is not finished but I think its a good jump off point for anything you guys want to do. And I plan on doing quite a few models with this one.

Some things may look a bit bigger than they should be but this model is going to be a fantasy character so I took some liberties just wanted to put that out there.
Also this is a dinameshed model so there are some iffy bits of topology on the model. No time to retopo… might update this post once I do.

I would not see this as something that sets back the quality of this (or any other) model.
In fact quite the contrary seems to be true (for me). Personally I would like to see more unique models, things with some character instead of “political correct” dimensions.
How often do you see commends like “… the nose is too big”, " … this obstructure complexus does not meet the cranium planex at the right angel (worst case) :)”.
Sheer nonsense if you look at the people around you, and maybe the reason why aliens are in high favour (it just don’t matter if they actually have the cranium planexus - or any other weird thingie - at all!).
Again: thanks a ton for your generosity & keep up the good work!

Will be nice to compare this with my female i’m working on atm, to see what I do wrong or different. Always nice to be able to have a model made by someone skilled, to see how they do it. I find myself having trouble with arms and collar bone region, will be nice to have something to study inside zbrush

Fixed proportions of legs as the femur was way too large compared to fibula and tibia ! Thanks to Pixote for helping me out.
So apparently, once women look at your model the first thing they notice is breasts !! (go figure) And my previous version was … well incorrect !
Tweaked the breast size / and the face a little bit.
