Ha, yea, it is freaky. Pretty neat sculpt. I like the little tension folds on the front of the body. Some of those around the back would make this look even cooler.
The render is cool. Were you thinking of posing it?

Have you ever tried grabbing somebody with your nipples and biting into them and licking out their blood?. Believe me, it’s not easy. Much easier with big strong fingers!.
