Another hard slap in the face to compliment my kick to the groin. I got an email saying:
“In the case that the link on this page continues not to generate, please use the link below for the “Download the 30 Day ZBrush Trial” option given on the right-hand side of the product information page:”
So, I went to that page to try to get the trial version only to find the Mac trial version isn’t available yet. I cannot wait to waste another day or more on this crap. @##@!!!
I don’t if I should be glad I haven’t got my download link. Those people who have got the link so far just about manage to get their fingertips on it only to have it snatched away again. Yet more frustration.

I did read it, and I searched ZMapper in this thread. Seems inconclusive. I doubt it’s going to be there but a definite yes or no would be appreciated from anyone who actually has the app.

It says on the top row page that zapplink and displacement exporter aren’t included in this transitional version, but will be updated later and that zmapper will not be needed…

Of course! How could I have been so stupid to believe we actually got the goods. Next thing you know Pixo will be selling me a bridge. Well, it is an election year after all, so I should expect just to hear one lie after another, except, usually, it’s just from the candidates.
Please relax. I understand that everyone is very excited to receive ZBrush 3.12 as quickly as possible. There is no need to get nasty or make wildly absurd accusations. Pixologic worked through the night to get ZBrush delivered. Unfortunately, it has not gone off without a hitch, but we certainly are not sitting around watching ZBC and laughing about having “put one over” on the Mac community. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
We are aware that there is a problem, and we are working with Cleverbridge at this very moment to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Anyone else remember when we were supposed to be Zbrushing away on Monday morning? Screw this company, I’m so pissed.
So, Aurick… once the problem is fixed will that get us an actual download link or is there another step in the process?

Actually, it sounds like your trying to hook us up with new features that aren’t even available for windows yet! The cylons always have to come and mess things up, huh?
Well, It’s been a long night, not to mention a very long year+ for us, as well. That point always seems to be overlooked. Sorry, but after so many disappointments, believe me, it is very easy to lose faith.
