When a New version of ZBrush will be released for MAC?..
… and will it be without the bugs we have now?
I too am anxiously waiting for the update…I’ve stopped usind 3.2 in anticipation of 3.5 and zspheres2. Here’s a suggestion, wait until the updates are ready to go… and THEN announce that there is an update. I’m super stoked on zbrush and am looking forward to the new tools (without the bugs).
last I heard they were going to release 3.5 in October. I am less than thrilled with this company. Luxology manages to get updates for the mac and pc both at the same time, even with Apple tossing Snow Leopard into the fray. In fact, most 3d software companies do it. Pixologic and e-on seem to be the only two who can’t.
Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house The web was stirring, yes it was me and my mouse. With a look to the Pixologic page my hopes were hung on my screen with care, That a Zbursh Upgrade for MAC( 3.5 )would soon be there. The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of the 3D artwork I would one day create danced in their heads. And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap, said f…… it for tonight and settled in for a long winter’s nap. When on my computer there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter. Away to my MAC I flew like a flash, Tore open my email box and through my mail I began to hash. The X-Mass greetings where all from folks that I know. They gave the my heart a lustre a better day and a rest from my ZBrush woes. When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But a notice of update on ZBrush. Honey I cried RUN AND GET ME A BEER. I opened the notice, so lively and quick, I knew in a moment this will do the trick. More rapid than eagles my DSL line sang, And I whistled, and shouted, and started the download with a bang! "Now Download! now, Desktop! now, UnStuff and Install! On, Activation! On, Online! , now I’ll have it all! All the new brushes and ZSpheres 2 I said the the wife yes I’ll have another Brew. And then, in a twinkling, I heard a small poof Your download is finished I wanted to dance on the roof.
30 days after the 3.5r3 PC release was posted
the MAC side update still remains ghosted.
