Forgive me if I’m being dense but the ZB3.12 announcement gives a link for the upgrade but on that page it says only use this form if you are upgrading from ZB2 to ZB3 if you want to upgrade from 3 to 3.1 click here, which downloads the update.exe file.
I’m a temporary user of windows ZB3 so do I fill in the form or not? Or will I automatically be transferred back to a Mac license?
I’m not actually sure yet how this is going to work for people who have the temporary PC license. I suspect that for technical reasons we’re going to have to set everyone up with new accounts in the Cleverbridge system, which would mean that you will need a new link.
The bottom line is that it can’t hurt anything by filling out that form.

No need to get too fancy. Having the PC copy means that we already confirmed your initial purchase. Just give your cleverbridge reference number from the temporary PC license. 
It’s OK I found my original purchase email from Element 5! Form’s all filled out and I’m looking forward to trying ZB3 under OSX!
