mac displacement and z mapper

How do i export displacment and normal maps on a MAC? Z scripts dont work on a mac. Why is there no documentation on how to achieve the maps for export anywhere to be found

Creating the maps is easy:


  1. Go to level 1
  2. Switch to your stored morph target. If you didn’t store one before dividing the mesh, then import your original model again.
  3. In the Tool palette there are menus for displacement maps and normal maps. Adjust any settings you’d like to change. Each menu has a button for creating that type of map. Press it.
  4. Your menu will now have your map. It will save with the model if you use Tool>Save As. To export it, first press the Clone button found next to the map. This moves a copy of it to the Texture (for normal maps) or Alpha palette (for displacement maps).
  5. Go the Texture or Alpha palette, make sure your map is selected, then export it.
