Mac 3d Print Exporter

Hello
I’m writing to see if anyone else has issues with the 3d print exporter plugin.
First of all when I install that particular plugin Zbrush takes an unusual time to load.
If I don’t click on the Zbrush icon on the dock after the program has loaded I won’t see the zbrush window at all.
If I go to the plugins dialog I can see all the other plugins except 3d exporter.
I I delete the plugin the program resumes to its usual good health.
Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I don’t get the exporter in the Plugins menu either, and I am experiencing the same launch delays! Others have been reporting this issue! Has anyone actually this plugin working?

same here…

I don’t have an unusual long load time, but all the other symptoms, I am experiencing, too.

I Do have to click on the dock icon after opening to see ZBrush

I have no 3D exporter in my Zplugs drop down

cheers, Chuck

dk79, same thing for me. When I remove the plugin, zbrush loads as normal.

Richard

Same here. Exact same thing. Decimation master works though.

Hmm. It seems to affect all of us.
Let’s hope they will fix it real soon.

3D_Print_Exporter_Mac not working…
also causing ZBrush launching - 30 sec longer…

Same issue here.

Do we have any news guys? Anyone successful?
Someone from Pixo care to jump in?

Just can’t get it workin’… sorry, just need help.

I knew, this release was too good to be all true, hehehe.

Anyway, this plugin is part of my dreams and plans, hope it gets fixed soon. Oh pleaze!

Yes, I have click on the dock icon a second time to see the app and it does take longer to load app. I am not sure if the reason is the 3D Print exporter but the exporter doesn’t show up in the zplugin list.

To the support team from Pixologic:
Could you please let us know of any progress on the subject?
It’s been 3 days and we still haven’t heard from you guys.
I’m not looking for an instant solution but some sort of feedback would do.

I have downloaded an installed the plugin and it works as intended.
We will check further into this but meanwhile, please make sure that your installation folder looks exactly like this…

ExporterFolder.jpg

It now works fine. i see the downloaded file name has changed. It was 3D_Print_Exporter_1.0_mac.zsc (didn’t work) and now it is PrintingExporter.zsc (works).

Richard

Yep it’s working now.
But the folder structure isn’t the same as in the snapshot above.
I’m missing the CurPEPoint.GoZ file.

That is correct, the file will be added when you use some of the plugin functions.

Cool. Thanks!
