Nice work here, it’s very accurate! I think you need to watch for the noise on the grip, generally its only on the side of it, but it’s up to you!
I’m currently working on a M4 too, for a character. I think show it up this week end.

Actually, he’s got it right. The M4 usually comes with a handle on top for carrying. That has the rear sight, however, the handle can be detached as it’s shown here so you can fit a scope or the like. Incidentally, there is also the possibility of a solitary rear sight for attachment, but I wouldn’t bother considering the height of the fore sight.
I would like to see the other side of it.
