Low Poly Workflow

I am currently modeling low poly (100-400 tris!) models for mobile games. I model in maya and have done a low res (100 tris) and high res (7000 polys) version of my model. I want to get the most detail i can out of a 100 tri model and was wondering what a good workflow (incorporating zbrush) would look like?
