if 50k tris is realtime, what specs are you shooting for? 50k is A LOT for current gen 360/PS3… unless it’s the only thing thats going to be on screen.
In my opinion there’s not enough silhouette detail in that mesh to merit a 50k budget- you have a TON of unnecessary loops, especially in some of the armor pieces.
I actually started working on a samurai myself…don’t think ill be able to get close to this though
