I have reasently had to by a new laptop because my old one broke and I lost all my files along with it
Any way I have a new laptop but I dont have my download of zbrush 4 or the serial for it and I didnt get a chance to deactivate it on my old machine before it broke. I’ve submitted a ticket with the support center asking for a new download but no one has got back to me yet and I’m desperate to continue with my work. has any one else had a similar problem or know what else I can do?
