Been painting and some sculpting recreationally for nearly twenty years. Just got Zbrush4 and am new to computerized sculpting. Where’s a good place to get the basics? Not sure how these forums and things work so really need some help learning the in’s and out’s of all of this. Am looking forward to learning program and how to use the forums.
See the resources in my signature. That will help you out a lot!
As for if you want to ask a question, use the Questions & Troubleshooting forum (where I moved this thread to).
Hi Nicademus68,
Welcome to the wonderful world of Zbrush. I am a fellow noobie also.
There is a lot of information to take in when you first start, but it does get easier once you become familiar with all the gadets.
I am new to computers and the world of 3d myself,so you are not alone. Everyone on the forums are very helpful and super inspiring with amazing creations.
I am sure once you have got your head around the “which button do I press?” bit you will creating magnificent sculpts in no time at all.
Good luck and I look forward to seeing your work-when you are ready:)
Enjoy:)
