Losing Polypaint When Layer Recording Turned off

Hey All,

I’ve got a subtool with polypainting on a layer. When I turn off recording on said layer or go to create a new layer the subtool loses all the polypainting. I then just get the default material color.

Any ideas? I’ve searched the forum to no avail.

It turns out that by turning off record or adding a new layer that I also lose any sculpting information.
