Looking for simple Base Mesh

i’m looking for a simple base mesh, some thing like this, since im following a training dvd that uses this:

any idea where i could download one? or any good sites with resources like that?

How about that exact mesh. I don’t remember where it came from…I think I picked it up at 3Dtotal, maybe. I don’t remember.
