Looking for critiques on Aqua Bear

Hey guys. I’ve been creating models in Zbrush for a little over 2 months now, and Aqua Bear is my latest project. I am creating him for a quadruped assignment in a Zbrush class I’m taking at Ferris State University. I’ve been working on him now for about 25-30 hours and am looking for some critiques! Please let me know what you think, and be honest. If it sucks, tell me it sucks. If you like it, please tell me why! Thank you!

I am probably going to rework the scales, and the materials are not even close to being final at this point. I will also be adding a saddle, although I am not sure what I want it to look like yet. I’m up for any suggestions in that department! I am going for a stylized look, similar to that in World of Warcraft, so if the proportions are not correct to the naturally occurring species of the “Aqua Bear” that is kind of the point. The final product will be posed and rendered on Zbrush, using different lighting and shadow passes, and will be put together using Photoshop. I have not quite come to the point where I feel comfortable bringing my models into other programs for rendering, although that is a future goal of mine.

I apologize for the poor picture quality. I was having some troubles keeping it under 750kb, ended up making them too small, and now I have to head out for work within the next 2 minutes. I will try and upload better quality renders later tonight.
