Local symmetry on angled subtool

Hi guys.

I’m trying to sculpt a bracer, and I want to sculpt with local symmetry. As you see on the picture, when I activate local symmetry, it is off center. Is there any way to make zbrush base the symmetry on the bracer subtool? I’ve tried inserting a cube, thinking that symmetry would follow it when I rotated it to fit the arm, but no.
